This Blog is to be used to debate three primary areas concerning the Housing Market:

Real Estate As A Business: This deals with the activities of lenders, brokers, agents, contractors, developers, speculators,and any other player in the business of real estate.
Home Buyer: This deals with the Housing Market from the perspective of a home buyer. What home buyers need to know and understand about the market, what they need to know about types of home materials such as "green building", "panel homes", "modular homes", etc.
The Effects Of The Economy On The Market: This will deal with the myth of Real Estate being local (one of my favorites), the effects of oil prices on the market, the effects of the food prices on the market, the effect of globalism on the U.S. markets.
